Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly report to the Sales Manager regarding progress and objectives
  • Become knowledgeable in automotive sales and product details
  • Utilize consultative selling methods to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Effectively manage objections and excel in sales scenarios
  • Provide accurate quotes and clarify financing options
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Adhere to company policies regarding appearance and conduct
  • Approach each day with a positive mindset and strong work ethic
  • Secure at least one appointment daily

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Knowledgeable about various automobile brands, models, and features
  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
  • Presents a professional image and demeanor
  • Maintains a clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Meets required screenings and checks
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is advantageous
