Adult Day Care Program Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

About the Role:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting the nursing staff, and contributing to a positive and safe environment for patients and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with mobility and transfers, and collecting and recording patient information.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed.
- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant data.
- Serve as a Monitor/Telemetry Tech for the unit as required.
Requirements:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
