Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as attending physician for residents at each facility
  • Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs
  • Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Current licensure in good standing
  • Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
