Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a new challenge in mental health care?

We are looking for an experienced RN to join our team at Appalachian Community Services (ACS) as a full-time Nurse Specialist in western North Carolina.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who experience symptoms of severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse/dependence, including consumers with a co-occurring developmental disability.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team approach, and assisting consumers in gaining skills to address problems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
  • North Carolina License to practice as a Registered Nurse

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits packages, including:

  • 401(k) plan
