Responsibilities
As a Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing practice. This includes:
• Providing technical skilled care in the patient's home
• Completing progress notes for each visit and submitting them to the agency daily
• Observing and reporting the patient's nursing needs and instructing the patient's family in the care of the patient
• Observing, recording, and reporting to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• CPR Certification
