Overview:


As a Clinical Financial Analyst at Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc, you will become part of a leading global organization specializing in clinical research, driven by healthcare insights.



Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the fiscal health of studies, programs, or vendors, including project specifications, unit costs, invoicing, change orders, and forecasting.

Facilitate monthly financial review sessions with Clinical Program and Study Leaders.


Manage the close-out process to ensure timely study completions, which includes processing invoices and addressing vendor invoice discrepancies.

Assist in steering the financial change control process and comprehend the correlation between alterations in study scope and budget.

Provide high-level financial forecasts utilizing existing agreements, rate cards, and algorithms.

Conduct identification and trend analysis of vendor expenses and reconciliations.

This is not an exhaustive list of job functions; additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

This position may be suitable for you if:
You possess a BA/BS in Finance (a degree in Finance is preferred).

You have over 5 years of experience managing clinical trial budgets.

You are a critical thinker with a keen attention to detail.

You exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

You are a collaborative team player who can engage with diverse individuals.

Additional background that would be advantageous includes:

Knowledge of healthcare finance, including familiarity with financial statements and financial modeling tools.

Experience working with Clinical Research Organizations.
