Role Summary: In the capacity of IT Director, you will spearhead all IT-related endeavors within our company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Infrastructure: Architect, implement, and sustain dependable and secure network connectivity across all remote teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Ensure secure, traceable account management procedures and effective access management controls.

  • Security and Compliance: Implement robust endpoint security measures, including patch management processes, to safeguard our remote workforce and data assets. Manage the commissioning and operations of centralized antivirus, anti-malware, mobile device management, and data loss prevention solutions.
  • IT Support Services: Establish and lead a responsive IT support function that delivers exceptional assistance to all employees, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and a positive user experience.
  • Vendor Relations: Identify, assess, and manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal value and performance for the organization.
  • Systems Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate various systems and platforms within the organization, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between mission-critical applications.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT leadership role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong technical proficiency in network infrastructure, device management, cloud systems, security, and IT support services.
  • Experience with AI-driven process enhancements and automation to drive efficiency and business value.
