Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service to all customers
    • Greet and thank customers, including using the intercom system to welcome customers at the pump
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Cash Handling
    • Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Make change, process refunds, and handle customer care transactions
    • Count and reconcile cash at the end of each shift
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and fueling area
    • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
    • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Inventory Management
    • Count and record inventory levels
    • Report inventory discrepancies to management
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues
Requirements
  • Physical Demands
    • Stand and/or walk for an entire shift
    • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
    • Lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
