About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Service Associate to join our team at The Bartell Drug Company. As a Lead Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking procedures, cash handling, and customer transactions.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Store Associates to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist with merchandising tasks, including plan-o-gram execution and visual merchandising.
  • Perform regular inventory inspections and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows to optimize store operations.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
