We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant Team Lead to join our team at American Family Care Elizabeth. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical assistants, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to medical assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Clinical Operations
- Oversee the preparation of patients for exams, procedures, and treatments.
- Ensure that all medical records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Coordinate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Patient Care
