Job Description
Position Summary:
- The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Seismic sales enablement platform for users within the Pharma Services division, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Site colleagues.
- This role reports to the Manager of Marketing Communications and provides expertise and assistance with a focus on the Pharma Services Commercial team.
- Oversee the daily management of the Seismic platform, ensuring a user-friendly, efficient, and high-quality experience for both users and content creators; provide technical support and resolve issues as they arise.
- Evaluate requests and grant access to users in accordance with established guidelines.
- Address user inquiries and input regarding the Seismic site and its content, ensuring that content-related issues are resolved by the appropriate authors.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform and stay updated on new features; make recommendations for business applications and adoption strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Seismic customer success manager.
- Collaborate with PSG Sales Operations and Training as necessary to enhance, integrate, and promote the use of Seismic in alignment with Commercial objectives and initiatives.
- Modify the PSG Seismic site, creating new pages and widgets as required to meet business and user needs.
- Analyze user engagement metrics, search queries, content health, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on analysis.
- Create educational content and user guides to assist colleagues in improving their proficiency with Seismic.
- Support the upload of content to the Seismic platform.
- Conduct regular content audits and notify authors when updates are necessary.
- Monitor to ensure that updates are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Manager of Marketing Communications with Sales team engagement to enhance usage and value creation.
- Manage and complete additional projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in marketing and/or sales operations within a complex business-to-business environment.
- A minimum of two years of experience providing administrative support for Seismic.
- Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a virtual team setting.
- Proficient in learning new systems quickly.
- Two years of Seismic experience is required.
- Industry experience is a plus.
