Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Job Description:
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a skilled professional to work directly with the community manager and handle day-to-day leasing activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in property management and bilingual.

Responsibilities:
  • Tour and lease available apartment homes with prospective residents
  • Document all leasing activities, including guest cards and call logs
  • Prepare lease documents and paperwork
  • Review and process application documents for prospective residents
  • Collect and post rent payments
  • Educate current and prospective residents on community amenities and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work directly with manager to complete assigned tasks

Qualifications:
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL
  • MUST HAVE PRIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • Familiarity with apartment lease agreements
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fair Housing and AZ Landlord Tenant Law knowledge
  • Typing, filing, and knowledge of property management software
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Valid Driver's License
  • SS #
  • Ability to pass criminal background check

Estimated Salary: $23-$27 per hour based on experience and location.
