Job Description

This is a hybrid contract position in the Camden area with the possibility of extension and conversion. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $58,560-$60,000, based on an hourly rate of $28-29.

This position reports to the IT Vendor Management Sr. Process Owner and involves administrative tasks to support the IT VMO team in contract review and processing as well as optimizing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of vendor contracts, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, including contact information, contract details, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on vendor performance, contract status, and other relevant metrics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and escalate issues to the IT Vendor Manager as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and IT Finance team to ensure timely contract review and processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerBI, Ariba CLM, and/or DocuSign is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, and contract types.
