A skilled Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk is sought after by Pathfinders, Inc. to assist in processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, knowledge of accounting procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide reports and documentation.
  • Manage invoice entry into online systems, gather backups, and create PDF documents for storage.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments on A/P-related matters.
  • Analyze and report on T&E reimbursement requests in Oracle systems.
  • Compile and present quarterly reports on T&E spending.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with invoicing processes.
  • Advantageous: Oracle experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Meticulous data entry skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
