About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at inSync Staffing. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients make informed business decisions by analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
  • May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).
  • Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics, with a preference to WFM and/or Labor Budgeting Tools.
  • Excel, SQL, and Tableau experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
