Allocator Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Allocator Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Allocation Planning team, you will be responsible for building and delivering tools, reporting, and processes that support the complex store ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track and analyze core KPIs, driving effective business decision-making.
  • Analyze and visualize inventory data using Power BI and Tableau to support Allocation deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and improve business insights.
  • Contribute to standardizing tools used across Allocation processes, including hash release, seasonal readiness, and other CODE gates.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, or simplify existing reporting and information used by Allocation teams.
Requirements:
  • Ability to concisely present complex information and recommendations to various audiences.
  • Deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions and communicate business needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in allocation planning and understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Strong understanding of merchandise, consumer, and FOP as it relates to Nike Direct strategy.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.
