Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Manager to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our Product Integrity team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Material Transformation project to reduce material complexity and drive consumer right innovation and profitability.
- Work closely with quality teammates in footwear and apparel to drive data analytics and foster stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to critical stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and drive efficiencies in product and material quality metrics.
- Collaborate with the Product Integrity Standards and Governance Director to drive strategic initiatives and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of work experience with analytical background.
- Strong Excel and Smartsheet skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake preferred.
- Python/R knowledge preferred.
- Alteryx experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, draw conclusions, and present a coherent viewpoint.
- Project management abilities.
- Ability to think on their feet and articulate problems well.
- Strong team player with ability to work with other teams.
- Previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, supply chain preferred.
