About the position:

We invite you to join our vibrant team as a Property Management Associate. This role presents significant opportunities for professional growth as you will directly oversee multiple properties within our portfolio. If you excel in a dynamic environment, possess strong relationship-building skills, and have a meticulous attention to detail, this position is tailored for you. You will play a vital role in supporting property management functions, ensuring resident satisfaction, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Senior Operations Manager with daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Supporting the preparation of lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to devise and implement strategies aimed at attracting and retaining residents.
  • Assisting with rent collection, monitoring delinquencies, and initiating necessary follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files for each property, including tenant details, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for property repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial analysis, including report preparation and expense forecasting.
  • Staying informed about local rental market trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for effective communication with our residents.
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with property management software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with care.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
