Caddis Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Management Team and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Caddis Management and property owners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Assist Property Managers with reporting to third-party owners, including preparing monthly status reports and aging summaries.
  • Prepare welcome packages for new tenants and set up new vendors in our property management system.
  • Track vendor and tenant insurance and initiate reminders as needed.
  • Oversee the work order system, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Run aging reports and make late calls or emails as required.
  • Prepare move-out forms and initiate the move-out process in our accounting system.
  • Assist with obtaining bids and updating operating and capital budgets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in property administration, preferably with Yardi experience.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
