Property Maintenance Technician
**Job Summary:**
Allied Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our multi-family community properties. This includes tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repairs, as well as exterior work repairing the physical structures of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repairs
* Conduct exterior work to repair physical structures of buildings, grounds, and amenities
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
**Requirements:**
* 2 years of experience in multifamily or property maintenance
* EPA and HVAC certification preferred (company will provide assistance to achieve certification within the first year of employment)
* Availability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, daytime shift
* Ability to work in an on-call capacity as needed
* Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing practices and regulations
