Position Overview:
The Window Cleaning Technician is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of both interior and exterior windows across various commercial and residential properties.

This role necessitates working safely at elevated heights, utilizing specialized equipment, and complying with stringent safety protocols.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver window cleaning services for both low-rise and high-rise buildings.
  • Prioritize safety in all operations and expect the same commitment from team members. Participate in all safety briefings.
  • Operate company vehicles and trailers to transport equipment to job sites. A CDL is advantageous.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage respectfully with customers, sales personnel, maintenance teams, office staff, and fellow technicians.
  • Assist with snow removal tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:


Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-rise window cleaning. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable working at heights and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unexpected challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, consistent attendance, and reliability.
  • Capability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Experience in team leadership is a plus.


Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate machinery and lift at least 80 pounds.
  • Willingness to climb ladders or work at heights.
  • Occasional travel between company locations may be required.
  • Overnight travel is minimal, at 10% or less.

Compensation for this role ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
