Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Commercial HVAC Foreman to oversee our HVAC projects. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses both leadership qualities and technical expertise in managing HVAC installations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating HVAC teams, including journeymen and apprentices.
  • Scheduling and dispatching crews efficiently.
  • Ordering necessary materials and equipment for projects.
  • Ensuring quality control and proper layout of onsite installations.
  • Performing equipment installations and replacements for existing clients, as well as new projects.
  • Training and supervising team members to enhance their skills.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Successful completion of drug and background screenings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Completion of an HVAC trade school program is preferred.
  • Strong safety awareness regarding tools and work environments.
  • Physical capability to lift over 50 lbs, access crawlspaces and attics, and utilize ladders.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
