Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial HVAC systems and equipment for various types of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules and associated reporting
  • Lead and manage on-site tradesmen and ensure a safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and attend weekly construction meetings
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of installing commercial HVAC systems and equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial building construction
  • HVAC Geothermal Experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficient in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
