Commercial HVAC Foreman

We are seeking a Licensed Commercial HVAC Foreman to oversee and direct HVAC projects within our organization. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses both the technical expertise and leadership qualities necessary to effectively manage HVAC installations and contribute to the growth of our company.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and scheduling HVAC teams, including journeymen and apprentices.
• Ordering materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Overseeing the quality and layout of onsite installations.
• Performing equipment installations and replacements for existing clients, as well as handling new installation projects.
• Training and supervising team members to ensure high standards of work.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Hold a certificate of completion from an HVAC trade school (preferred).
• Demonstrate exceptional safety knowledge regarding tools and work environments.
• Exhibit the ability to lift 50 lbs or more and access crawlspaces and attics.
• Be willing to travel as required.
