As a Car Wash Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our car wash sites, including managing inventory, equipment, and staff. You'll work closely with our site managers to ensure that our high standards for customer service, quality, and safety are consistently met.

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a background in customer service or sales, and are eager to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of car wash sites, including inventory, equipment, and staff
  • Work closely with site managers to ensure high standards for customer service, quality, and safety
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff to perform their jobs and uphold company values

Requirements:

  • 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience
  • Car wash experience preferred, though not required

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $17.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings.
