Rose's Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-savvy House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a multi-level home in West Lake Hills, Texas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with the family, including young children, grandparents, and coworkers, to maintain a harmonious environment.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Manage technology tools, such as G-suite, Asana, and messaging apps, to streamline tasks and processes.
  • Assist with pet care, including dog walks, feeding, and veterinary visits.
  • Maintain the home's organization and cleanliness.
  • Oversee vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Perform light housekeeping and organizing tasks, including unloading the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and keeping the home well-stocked.
  • Supervise and manage renovations and construction projects.
  • Contribute to interior decorating and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Exercise resourcefulness and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling appointments and events.
  • Support with trip planning, coordination, and preparation.
  • Handle mail, documents, and other paperwork.
  • Assist with expense reporting, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Maintain the auto fleet, including fueling, car washes, and scheduling maintenance.
  • Be proactive in offering assistance with various tasks and projects.
  • Participate in hiring and sourcing for other positions as needed, such as nannies, housekeepers, and chefs.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and undergo a background check. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required for errands and tasks.

The typical work schedule is a standard Monday-to-Friday workweek, with occasional evening and weekend requests possible.

Compensation is based on experience, and the position includes employer-paid health benefits, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

PTO includes 7 sick days and 10 vacation days, which require advance approval.
