Job Title: House Manager/Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized House Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team at Rose's Agency in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team, including principals, family members, coworkers, and vendors, to maintain a smooth and efficient household operation.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and ensure seamless interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, including G-suite, Asana, and messaging apps, to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
  • Provide top-notch care for our small-medium friendly dog, including regular walks, feeding, and veterinary/grooming visits.
  • Maintain a well-organized and well-run household, including light tidying, housekeeping, and organizing.
  • Oversee vendors and service providers to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Assist with interior decorating and have a keen eye for detail to enhance the aesthetic of our home.
  • Be resourceful and perform sound research to address any challenges or issues that may arise.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when making decisions and handling sensitive information.
  • Manage calendars, assist with scheduling, and help plan trips and events.
  • Handle mail, documents, and other administrative tasks with ease.
  • Be comfortable with expense reporting, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Care for our auto fleet, including fueling, car washes, and scheduling maintenance.
  • Be a team player and pitch in to help with big and small tasks as needed.
  • Assist with hiring and sourcing for other positions, such as nannies, housekeepers, and chefs, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a clear background check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands.

Work Schedule:

Typically, a standard Monday-Friday workweek, with occasional requests for evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

Competitive salary, DOE, with employer-paid health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.

PTO:

7 sick days and 10 vacation days, with advance approval required for vacation time.
