Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Service Administrator to support the Technical Service department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, direct customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Service team, including reading, categorizing, and assigning incoming technical emails.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of inbound customer correspondence, including service agent invoice processing and daily preparation of invoice mailing.
  • Monitor customer contact via Outlook email system and provide timely follow-up of all support inquiries.
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by attending training, workshops, and reviewing trade publications.
  • Contribute to team effort by maintaining intra-departmental workflow and fostering a spirit of cooperation.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business or office-related field, or combination of applicable training and experience.
  • Minimum of three years in operational office environment or equivalent.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with multi-tasking.
