Job Description

We are seeking a Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Boise Cascade. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing millwork equipment across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for millwork equipment.
  • Collaborate with location management to ensure equipment needs are met.
  • Provide training to location associates on equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or millwork environment with knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
  • Certification or formal training in mechanical maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field.
  • Able to travel regularly and handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy parts.

Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 per year.
