Key Responsibilities Include:

Conducting various related tasks such as on-site training for customer personnel, drafting and revising maintenance protocols, and performing quality control assessments and product evaluations. Guiding customer personnel in the installation of control systems, sub-systems, equipment, or their routine modifications and repairs. Offering direct engineering advisory support to clients and serving as a liaison within the company regarding equipment-related issues. Compiling comprehensive and timely reports on all activities, with a focus on identifying encountered problems and services rendered. Crafting control narratives and customer presentations. Engaging in networking, DCS, and PLC programming.

Who You Are:

You recognize the significance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You demonstrate a high degree of initiative in challenging situations and excel at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, gathering data from diverse sources to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education. A minimum of relevant experience in the field. Willingness and ability to travel up to a specified percentage of the time and work occasional overtime. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PLCs and/or DCS programming or support.
