Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum operating efficiency in the Front Office, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction and associate development.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can oversee Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, cash handling processes, and parking procedures. You will also maintain a thorough familiarity with all hotel rate plans, Select Guest and Global Hotel Alliance programs, and hotel operating systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Four Diamond standards and a consistent level of guest satisfaction are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding Front Office operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Train and coach Front Office line associates, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Communicate hotel, guest, and group information to associates on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one-year Front Office Management experience required.
  • Previous leadership experience in an upscale, full-service hotel environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of front office hotel procedures and practices required.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 per year
