Front Office Manager

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can oversee Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, cash handling processes, and parking procedures. You will also maintain a thorough familiarity with all hotel rate plans, Select Guest and Global Hotel Alliance programs, and hotel operating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Four Diamond standards and a consistent level of guest satisfaction are met.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding Front Office operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Train and coach Front Office line associates, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Communicate hotel, guest, and group information to associates on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one-year Front Office Management experience required.
- Previous leadership experience in an upscale, full-service hotel environment is required.
- Strong understanding of front office hotel procedures and practices required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Estimated Salary: $62,000 per year
