Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to effectively manage field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong administrative capabilities and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate employee and job scheduling while assisting with technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure that technicians' schedules are updated with completed job tickets and that open tickets are accurately assigned for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
  • Provide precise work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory management.
  • Assist in preparing service quotes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process enhancements.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a solid mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and represent the company professionally.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
