Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate employee and job scheduling while providing support for technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Regularly verify that technicians' schedules are updated with completed job tickets and that open tickets are accurately assigned for material orders, billing, and cancellations.
  • Generate precise work orders and picking lists for the warehouse to streamline inventory management.
  • Assist in the preparation of service quotations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process enhancements.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a solid mechanical and mathematical understanding.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers and represent the organization professionally.
