Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and report on manufacturability KPIs to ensure stable and ergonomic processes for high-volume manufacturing
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, production control, and engineering to provide product design and product concepts that meet assembly requirements
- Use CAD-data-analysis, simulations, and virtual tests to identify risks for high-volume manufacturing
- Implement technical requirements from manufacturing to influence product design
- Take responsibility for all communication between production planning assembly and the engineering department as a single point of contact for all exterior vehicle design-related topics
- 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering or production planning (General Assembly)
- Deep knowledge of vehicle engineering processes
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or equivalent
- Skillful at organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration at all levels
