About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Scout Motors. As a key member of our Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for evaluating and achieving manufacturability KPIs by consulting with R&D on optimal product design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and report on manufacturability KPIs
  • Consult with R&D on optimal product design
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
  • Use CAD-data-analysis, simulations, and virtual tests to identify risks for high-volume manufacturing
  • Implement technical requirements from manufacturing to influence product design
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering or production planning
  • Deep knowledge of vehicle engineering processes
  • Skillful at organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration
