Job Summary

Schneider Electric USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Project Lead Engineer to join our team in Columbia, MO. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of new processes, identifying improvement opportunities in existing ones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialize in several areas of knowledge regarding productio n / manufacturing processes, including process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, equipment controls design, and cost analysis.
  • Contribute to and lead continuous improvement actions, ensuring process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality.
  • Coordinate activities across teams inside and outside of the plant to facilitate the deployment of new processes.
  • Establish data-driven Performance Indicators for the processes and projects under your scope.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering required.
  • Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
  • Experience in the areas of IT, systems, and equipment controls.
  • Experience in MS Access, MS Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
