Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain a detailed working knowledge of each project within your portfolio, monitoring asset performance and analyzing financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis: Collect, review, and analyze financial data, including monthly financial reviews, quarterly portfolio reporting, and annual budgeting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential risks to the portfolio.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with property management teams, resident services coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure resident and community goals are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve portfolio goals, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing, either within Asset Management or as a Regional Manager in property management.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, thorough understanding of MS Office and Google Workspace, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, development, finance, operations, and affordable housing.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000-$130,000 and a hybrid work arrangement that includes working out of our Newport Beach, CA office 3 days each week.
