Job SummaryThe Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests. This role requires a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Accurately collect and reconcile revenue, while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests.
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries, providing information about facilities and amenities.
- Process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Complete accurate and timely shift reports, following all standard operating procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Basic math skills and ability to read and write standard English language
The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time, including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather.
TravelTravel of up to 5% may be required.
