This role reports directly to the North America Sales Leader for our Clean Energy Solutions (CES) division, with a primary focus on Electrification. The individual will be tasked with expanding and sustaining sales operations across a designated region.
A technical acumen is essential for effectively promoting our product offerings, and experience with Manufacturer Representatives is advantageous.
Key Product Areas:
1. Contactors
2. Battery Management Systems
3. Isolation Monitoring Devices
Our team is expanding, and we have established a robust support system to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
Core Responsibilities• Drive the direct sales process and meet established sales objectives.
• Conduct visits to existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee routine account management tasks.
• Develop and submit both short-term and long-term sales strategies utilizing available marketing initiatives to achieve set targets.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• A university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent relevant experience) is required.
• Must demonstrate teamwork capabilities in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills to drive results.
• High ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
• Self-motivated and accountable for achieving goals and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external clients.
Travel Requirements
• Up to 30% domestic travel may be necessary, with some international travel also expected.
