Job Overview

PG Golf LLC, a prominent player in the recycled golf ball industry and a leading supplier for golf courses, is seeking a dedicated and professional E-commerce Client Relations Specialist to enhance our customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients while effectively communicating promotional offerings.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order modifications, and issue resolution.
  • Address customer concerns regarding products through thorough analysis and problem-solving.
  • Conduct research and analyze data from various eCommerce platforms, including eBay and Amazon, and prepare weekly KPI reports.
  • Manage E-commerce hybrid websites, ensuring accurate pricing, inventory levels, and order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to guarantee product satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational objectives and identify solutions to challenges.
  • Support the customer service team in maintaining the company's social media presence and responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse production setting during the initial training phase.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of golf is advantageous.
