We are looking for a pro-active, dedicated, and professional Ecommerce Customer Relations associate to join our team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services.
  • Responsible for assisting customer’s needs with product selection, order replacement and resolutions.
  • Resolve customer’s dissatisfaction of products by making comprehensive analysis of each situation.
  • Research and Analyze data from eCommerce channels such as LostGolfBalls.com, eBay, and Amazon and provide KPI reports on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain E-Commerce hybrid websites with pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the production department to ensure product satisfaction.
  • Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
  • Assist customer service team in maintain company’s social media messages, customer inquiries.

Position Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Able and willing to work in a warehouse production environment on a consistent basis during initial training period.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and oral.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Golf knowledge is a plus.

Customer Relations Associate reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. The position requires working in a Hybrid environment. Besides offering a comprehensive compensation package, PG Golf also provides excellent promotional opportunities.
