Contract Duration:

11+ Months, with potential for extension and conversion

Hybrid - up to 3 days per week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight: Organize, lead, and manage daily operations for executing a program or a series of programs.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Detect risks that may affect program execution and ensure that suitable mitigation plans are devised and implemented.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Provide timely updates on status, challenges, and risk management to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Problem Resolution: Facilitate the identification and resolution of challenges, including those beyond established program boundaries.
  • Stakeholder Involvement: Ensure all relevant stakeholders are recognized and engaged in defining the scope, comprehend the program timeline and key milestones, and receive regular updates on progress.
  • Risk Reporting: Elevate program risks to the Program Director or Program Sponsor as necessary.
  • Strategic Messaging: Quickly understand key priorities and complex issues within the broader organization and develop clear written communications and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive Background: Over 15 years of experience in the Risk and Controls sector.
  • Enterprise Risk Acumen: Strong practical knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Expertise: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating across diverse business functions.
