Role Overview
As a Ticket Seller, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial Responsibilities: Adhering to cash handling policies, balancing daily ticket sales, and assisting in cash drawer reconciliations.
  • Customer Service: Delivering prompt and knowledgeable service to customers both in-person and over the phone, managing Will Call and Guest List operations, and resolving any night-of-show issues.
  • Operational Duties: Managing daily operations on the Ticketmaster host system, maintaining the cleanliness of the Box Office, and ensuring compliance with ticketing laws.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Understanding of cash handling processes.
  • Experience in customer service, both in-person and via phone.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticket sales.
  • Experience in identifying counterfeit currency or identification.
