Business Development Representative

About the Job: We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at RecruiterBoom in Charleston, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with businesses and organizations that can benefit from our temporary staffing services.
The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, personal initiative, and the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when evaluating existing and prospective clients. They should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, a love for working with people, and a strong sense of self-motivation.
This role requires a competitive drive, negotiation skills, and the ability to implement beneficial deals with clients while managing projects successfully. As an added bonus, you'll receive hands-on training programs and a nationwide mentoring program to support your professional growth.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
