Prime Meats is a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in the Southeast region of the United States.
Sales Representative RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, overseeing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meets with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
- Bi-lingual (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commissions, bonuses, and benefits. We also offer a car allowance, cell phone allowance, medical/dental/vision health benefits, PTO/Vacation Days, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
