Key Responsibilities

  • Drive account growth and retention through exceptional service and relationship-building

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, such as management or operations
  • 5+ years of experience in the janitorial or facility services industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel within assigned markets, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
