Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our commercial glass projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial glass industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality glass installations.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project specifications and expectations, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure glass installations meet industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in project management within the commercial glass industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of glass materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
