Job Description

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Site Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop specifications for new products, processes, and technology.
  • Manage projects by developing schedules, tracking costs, and preparing status reports.
  • Prepare requests for capital investments, including project descriptions, schedules, and costs.
  • Supervise and direct contract personnel and outside vendors in the performance of contracted services.
  • Provide technical decision-making for management involving capital asset purchases and expenses.
  • Prepare and present technical investigative reports to senior-level management.
  • Escalate issues affecting project timelines, budgets, or scope to appropriate leadership.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Project management experience and certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong focus on compliance, engineering, and project management.
  • Experience with project management systems and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction, design, and management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and loss control measures.
