Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI). As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
