About the Role

The Construction Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of elevators and escalators at construction sites. This includes managing the installation team, ensuring site safety, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the installation of individual units of a project from start to finish.
  • Oversee and manage the installation team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of KONE solutions.
  • Act as a KONE interface to customer representatives and other stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage environmental aspects of the installation, including waste handling and minimization of travel.
  • Drive financial results of the project and ensure efficient management of resources.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or 3-5+ years of field-related site construction management experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical/layout drawings.
  • Commercial awareness and leadership experience.
  • Experience in the elevator/escalator and construction industries preferred.
